Our 10 tips for having a beautiful chest

Small, round, medium, large, asymmetrical, pear-shaped? Having a nice chest is not a matter of shape or size! The first step is to maintain it on a daily basis. From puberty to middle age, breasts change throughout a woman's life. Made up of glands, fat, and adipose tissue that determine their size and volume, breasts rest on the muscle called the pectoralis major. 10 – Getting screened for breast cancer
