  • 1 egg
  • a tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder (indispensable!)

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until it is completely soft. Now add the egg and stir well.
  2. Add the wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the banana/egg mixture and stir well until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Grease the mug with a little butter or olive oil. Pour the batter into a microwaveable mug and turn it on at 750 watts for about 3 to 4 minutes. The mug cake is ready when a skewer comes out dry.
