This is how you will have breakfast from now on

Do you get nothing in the morning or do you simply not make time for breakfast? With these tips you can change that.

At least you're not the only one who starts the day without breakfast. 25 percent of people between the ages of 19 and 50 do not eat breakfast every day. 11 percent of them rarely or never have breakfast, according to research by a Kiwi brand. With some willpower you can change your morning routine and start with breakfast from now on.

1. Build it up

Start with a healthy breakfast two days a week. Build it up to three days and so on until you have reached your goal of having breakfast every day.

2. Make it a habit

Once something becomes a habit, it becomes easier to stick to it. Try to keep up with breakfast and it will get easier.

3. Bring your breakfast

Do you really have no time or no appetite early in the morning. Take your breakfast with you, or breakfast as soon as you get to work (if you are allowed to go to work during these times). Otherwise you will have breakfast a little later in the morning.

4. Prepare your breakfast the night before

If breakfast is already ready, it becomes easier to have breakfast in the morning.

5. Experiment

Look for the breakfast that you can benefit from. Maybe there's something you like between these breakfasts:

  • Smoothie bowl
  • Cottage bread
