Bacteria can indeed survive on your toothbrush. On average, they can survive from a few hours to a few days, but as long as they're your own bacteria, they can't make you sick again.

Do you share your toothbrush with someone? You really shouldn't be doing that anyway. In that case, bacteria on a toothbrush can make you sick. If it is someone else's bacteria and you have not yet had the virus yourself, the toothbrush could indirectly make you sick.
