If your hormones change, you can get complaints. Menopause, pregnancy or breastfeeding can cause vaginal dryness. Certain drugs affect the mucous membranes and can therefore also cause vaginal dryness. 1. Know what works for your body

4. Only use tampons with a heavy menstrual period

5. Take good care of your vaginal flora

Do not use soap, wax emulsions or bath foam. Lukewarm water is enough to wash yourself. Also avoid perfumed detergents for your undergarments.

6. Train your pelvic floor muscles

7. Make an appointment with your GP
