Tip 1:Avoid the temptation to eat unhealthy foods

Tip 4:Eat (healthy) fats

Fat is often wrongly seen as the culprit of weight gain. While the intake of certain healthy fats is essential as fuel for the body. In the low-carbohydrate diet, fats are converted into ketones, which in turn serve as fuel. So enjoy:avocados, full cream, sour cream, olive oil and Greek yogurt. Tip 5:Watch out for sugars in disguise

Many products are nowadays portrayed as healthy, on the one hand by sticking labels on them such as light, sugar-free or healthy choice, but sometimes also less obvious because you do not expect that there will be sugar in them. So don't think that it is better to eat tomato ketchup than mayonnaise, because you only see the sugar in tomato ketchup when you look at the package.
