Anti-hangover green smoothie from Jet

You might feel like a greasy bite if you're hungover. Foodie Jet van Nieuwkerk recommends a green smoothie. "Trust me, it's going to help you," said Jet. She shares her recipe here.

Ingredients

  • Large handful of fresh spinach
  • ½ banana (eat the other half)
  • 125 g fresh pineapple (about 6 cubes)
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml water (can also be coconut water)
  • 1 tbsp linseed

This is how you make the anti-hangover smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink the smoothie right away. You do have to blend well, so that the spinach becomes completely fine and the smoothie is drinkable through a straw.
