There is a flu epidemic when 51 per 100,000 registered patients report to their GP with flu symptoms. In the week of October 30 through November 5, only 24 people in 100,000 were reported with flu-like symptoms. There was no epidemic last week.

You can find last week's data every week on the RIVM website.
