Breath of fire comes from yoga. Place your right hand on your stomach. Breathe in forcefully through your nose and feel your belly fill. Exhale forcefully through your nose and empty your abdomen, pulling your navel in. Do this slowly at first, then speed up. Hold it for a few minutes and then take a rest.
