Eating alone might be a bit boring. Eating alone in a restaurant might even feel a little uncomfortable. However, eating alone has an advantage:you eat too much less quickly.

Several studies have already shown the same thing:when you sit at the table together, you subconsciously tend to eat more. Often eating in company is also unhealthy.

The tips to avoid overeating in company

  1. Make a shopping list in advance and avoid buying too much.
