Yvonne Nauta: 'As a skater (and as a woman) I often feel cold. That's why I often drink ginger tea to warm up or when I'm not feeling well. It has a nice spicy taste, but if you don't like that you can add a little honey or lemon. You can make it yourself by simply grating a little ginger root, but you can also buy ginger tea bags.'
