Yvonne Nauta: 'I always make sure I have raw (ie unroasted and unsalted) nuts at home. You can store them in a glass jar and put them out of sight, so you won't be so quick to reach for the unhealthy snacks during a snooze. Moreover, it is nice to add them to dishes, for example with your breakfast or in your salad.'
