Track your sleep without putting your phone to bed

Sleep Cycle is perhaps one of the best-known apps to track your night's sleep. You no longer have to put your iPhone in bed to keep track of your sleep, which is why the app has also been made available for the iPad.

Install the Sleep Cycle app and put your iPad or iPhone on your bedside table. The app then does all the work by tracking your sleep rhythm. For example, the alarm clock of the app wakes you up when you are in the lightest sleep phase, which is nice to wake up to. You still have to put Android devices in your bed. That is why Sleep Cycle is not yet available for Android tablets.
