Is dried fruit just as healthy as regular fruit?

Is dried fruit just as healthy as regular fruit?

How about that?

Raisins vs. grapes
Dried fruit contains all the substances that are also found in fresh fruit, albeit in different concentrations. For example, to be able to compare raisins with grapes, I take the amounts per eating moment. In this case it's a few handfuls of raisins (40 g) against a bunch of grapes (125 grams). 40 g raisins contains 114 kcal, 26.6 g sugars, 2.2 g fiber and 0.4 mg vitamin C. 125 g grapes contains 70 kcal, 16.6 g sugars, 0.6 g fiber and 2.5 mg vitamin C.

Fiber and sugar Dried fruit usually contains more fiber than fresh fruit and is therefore even better for bowel movements. Disadvantages of dried fruit are that it contains a lot of sugars and more calories. In addition, fresh fruit contains more vitamin C than dried fruit.
