5 tips for a balance day

After eating the mountains during the holidays, we are ready for a balance day. With these 5 tips it is easy to maintain a balance day.

Tip 1:Plan
Preferably plan the balance day on a day when you are at home or at work and do not have dinner. Make sure you have enough healthy products at home and ban the unhealthy things from your kitchen cupboards. This way you will make mistakes less easily.

Tip 2:Don't skip meals Start your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Don't forget to have lunch and don't skip dinner either. Choose light meals with lean meat or fish and check the label.

Tip 3:Drink enough Drinking enough is always important, but especially during a balance day. Waste must be removed and that is best done by hydrating well.

Tip 4:Provide healthy snacks
Should you suddenly get hungry, make sure there is a healthy snack available.

Tip 5:Dare to say no
Your mother arrives with the last donuts or it's a colleague's birthday. Dare to say no if someone offers you something tasty during your balance day. J
