Monday:vitamin D
The weather is glorious now that the fog has lifted. Don't forget to get outside for a dose of vitamin D from the sun.

Tuesday:relax with Santé Breakaway
As of today, our special Santé Breakaway is in the store. This extra thick issue is full of travel, wellness and food. To dream away or gain inspiration. Just fill the bath or curl up on the couch.

Wednesday:know your limits
Food is often associated with conviviality and you should really let yourself go. Do you fall into that trap just a little too often? With these tips you can avoid eating too much.

Thursday:make the most of your health
Health Coach Tessa van der Steen will give a workshop on 25 October in which she will help you get the best out of your health. The ideal training and superfoods are discussed and you go home with a 10-step plan. More information about the workshop.

Friday:go organic
Take the time to go to the organic supermarket. Invest in healthy ingredients such as chia seed, linseed, goji berries and avocado.

Saturday:working out together
Have you barely gotten around to exercising all week? You can't get out of it today. Meet up with a friend to run together, go to the gym or take a yoga class.

Sunday:order
Peace of mind starts with peace of mind at home. That shouldn't take long. Set the timer to ten minutes and get to work in one room of the house during that time. You'll see how much you get done.
