People with psychological problems can go online with their problems anonymously. Until now there was a temporary arrangement for the project, but yesterday the Council of Ministers agreed to make this form of aid permanent.
Minister Edith Schippers of Public Health thinks that e-health is a good way to help patients who do not (yet) dare to speak up about their problems.
