Have a good breakfast

Eat several times throughout the day
Some people can manage just fine on three meals a day, but for many people that is not enough. Make your meals slightly smaller so that you have some calories left over to schedule two or three snacks a day.

Bring a bottle of water
Put a bottle of water on your desk or put it in your bag. Drinking enough water makes you feel fuller.

Don't be too hard on yourself
By strictly forbidding yourself chocolate, you only crave it more. If you finally give in to it, the damage will only be greater. Sometimes you have to spoil yourself, with a nice piece of chocolate for example.

Turn your meals over
Eat a hot lunch at noon. Your stomach is well filled and because you are active during the day, your body burns this meal well. In the evening you can eat a cold, small meal.

Fine products to satisfy your hunger
Fiber-rich foods are good to satisfy your hunger, they are also good for the intestines. Foods with a lot of protein make you feel full faster:for example, add an egg, red cattle, soy, nuts or grains to your meal.

Eat mindfully
