Once you start snacking, that bar of chocolate will be gone before you know it. While, according to a recent study, we do not feel less satisfied after a small portion.

Large or small portions
Two groups ate different snacks:chocolate, apple pie and chips. One group ate large portions (100 grams of chocolate, 200 grams of apple pie and 80 grams of chips, good for 1370 calories)). The second group received small portions (10 grams of chocolate, 40 grams of apple pie and 10 grams of chips, good for 190 calories).

What turned out?
Afterwards, both groups were equally full. While the group that ate large portions ate no less than 77 percent more. From now on, try to satisfy your hunger with small portions of snacks.
