Almost three quarters of young mothers in the Netherlands indicate that they ask the pharmacy for advice about children's ailments. This is apparent from research by According to Mama.nl and VSM.

More than two thousand young mothers with one or more children aged 0 to 4 participated in the study. Next to the pharmacist also appear for 54 percent of the mothers surveyed to be the drugstore and internet pages have a strong advisory function.
