Mourning increases the risk of a heart attack

People who mourn the loss of a loved one are six times more likely to have a heart attack, according to a study by Australian researchers.

The study, of 160 people, focused on physical changes after the loss of a child or loved one † The mourner suffers from high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias and changes in the immune system. A broken heart is therefore dangerous to health.
