1. Composition

White Tiger Balm contains 25% camphor, 8% menthol, essential oil of eucalyptus, mint and clove.

Red Tiger Balm contains 25% camphor and more menthol than white balm (+10%). It also contains essential oil of mint, cinnamon, clove and especially cajeput oil. Which gives it that famous red color.

In both cases, it takes effect quickly.

2. Usage

White Tiger Balm:

- relieves headaches and torticollis,

- decongests the nose during sinusitis, colds or rhinitis,

- relieves cough,

- calms insect bites, such as mosquito bites.

Red Tiger Balm:

- relieves muscle and joint pain,

- soothes muscle contractures,

- relieves aches, sprains, inflammations and back pain,

- calms rheumatism.

3. Application

White Tiger Balm is a natural treatment:

- For headaches, migraine and torticollis, toothache, stomachache apply it directly to the temples or to the painful part.

- For sinusitis, colds, rhinitis and cough, bronchitis, angina apply it to the chest, back and nose. For colds and stuffy nose, it can also be used in inhalation.

- To calm insect bites, apply it around the bite.

Original Red Tiger Balm is a grandmother's remedy:

- To relieve muscle and joint pain, apply directly to the affected area.

- To soothe muscle contractures, muscle pain, adductor pain, body aches, sprain or strain in the foot, ankle, finger, wrist, thumb, pain above the foot, pain in the Achilles tendon, joint pain, inflammation and back pain, apply it to the painful area.

- To calm rheumatism, osteoarthritis, tendinitis, apply it to the joint concerned.

- As a muscle relaxant.

- To relieve varicose veins.

How often to apply and how to use it?

Whether it's for the white or red balm, you can apply it 2 or 3 times a day during many days. It's like an ointment:you apply it to the painful area and massage.
