It allows you to rebalance your diet, because you vary the pleasures. By eating three meals a day , you are less hungry because you eat at regular intervals .

At each meal you have a little bread and starchy foods that satiate without making you fat, in reasonable quantities.

2. Use natural appetite suppressants

It is known:drinking fills the stomach and therefore reduces the feeling of hunger. To eat less, drink a large glass of water . You can also drink hot tea or iced tea (homemade iced tea is super good).

Fruit are also a good natural and delicious anti-snacking solution. When you feel a little peckish in the morning or in the afternoon, eat an apple or a banana, instead of taking cakes! It will calm hunger, without making you fat!
