To start, you need to attach a pipe on the faucet of your sink, to obtain a slightly thick jet .

Run this stream of cold water around the perimeter of your face forming a circle. Next, hold the spray to your forehead . To finish, keep it for about 2 seconds on each of your closed eyelids .

After pausing for a minute or two to let the effects kick in, dab on gently your face with a towel to dry it.

You should start to feel the effects soon enough, and say goodbye to your headaches. I'm not prone to it myself, but my daughter tested this remedy with success.

Bonus :this facial shower is also effective on acne, and it miraculously smoothes tired faces.
