My little Trick to Quickly Start a Side Stitch.

- Lean forward with straight legs.

- Drop your body in a soft way.

- Exhale slowly fully.

- Breathe calmly for a good minute.

- Then, grab a pebble on the edge of the path where you are.

- Squeeze it as hard as possible in the hand that is on the side of the pain.

- Compress the painful area at the same time while breathing slowly.
