Facial Hygiene:3 Steps to Avoid Pimples.

Pimples on my face always come at the wrong time. Here are some tips to avoid them.

Who has never had an ugly pimple in the middle of the face? And at the worst time?

This happened to me on my last date. The horror. That was all I thought about, being convinced that he no longer saw my face hidden behind that button.

Obviously (and fortunately), I'm exaggerating a bit, but this experience served me for one thing:to prevent it from happening again by following some tips to avoid untimely pimples.

No Aggression on Sensitive Skin

To avoid pimples, you must first remove a few unnecessary gestures. First, I don't attack my skin with products that are too powerful. Scrubs are done once a week, no more.

As for the soap, it dries the skin. But that doesn't mean you have to remove it from your habits. In this case, if I wash my face with soap, I don't hesitate to drink plenty of water and moisturize my skin regularly.

I am also wary of the sun. If it miraculously removes the pimples because it dries and hardens the skin, the pimples come back en masse when you come back from vacation.

Show me your hands

Our hands are real breeding grounds for bacteria. Almost as much as the subway bar...when I want to touch my face, I wash my hands .

And if I put cream on my face, I wash my hands before putting my dirty paws in the jar.

It's the bacteria that cause our pimples to appear, so let's kill them before they arrive on our face.

Everything is Clean Around Me

My computer keyboard, mouse, cell phone and even my makeup brushes need to be washed regularly as they come into direct contact with my skin.

And my pillowcase ? I change it often too, I spend half my life glued to it, so I don't have to spare it.

We are ready for the button wars now! Any additional tips to share? Your comments are welcome.
