Angina? My 3 Simple and Effective Remedies.

Do you have a sore throat?

Yes... the little winter ailments are coming.

Among them, there is one that I fear very much:angina!

So believe me I know plenty of natural tricks to fight it.

Here are 3 simple and effective grandmother's remedies to soothe your throat.

Angina? My 3 Simple and Effective Remedies.

1. The "greedy" remedy

The one that I have in very first reflex, often, during the first tingling:candies with plants or honey, accompanied by gargles.

It is an effective and 100% natural remedy. It also allows me to snack on sweets without shame or remorse, since they are most often sugar-free.

For sweets:blackcurrant, mallow or honey ideally, but all sweets are generally effective and have no side effects, unlike some drugs.

If the sweets aren't enough, I supplement with salt and sage gargles.

I put 2 teaspoons of dried sage with 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 25 cl of water. I boil then I let infuse 10 min.

I strain my mixture and let it cool. And... I can make several a day.

2. The "grandmother" remedy

Plants are my autumn allies.

In herbal tea or in capsules, they help me to cure my small transient angina. I don't hesitate to take chamomile tea every evening. In addition, it helps me digest and have a good night's sleep.

Thyme is also anti-inflammatory and disinfectant. If you don't like the taste of herbal tea, consider capsules:grapefruit seeds for example.

3. The "alternative medicine" remedy

Finally, if I have no more sweets or herbal tea on hand, or if I don't feel like it, I have small bottles of homeopathy in my drawers (Belladona 9CH and Mercurius Solubilis 9CH several times a day )

In case plants are not effective, but I am very surprised, you can also turn to essential oils or oligotherapy (mainly copper).

One last piece of advice :in order to avoid this angina, we limit the acidity (we eat green vegetables and dried fruits, we limit biscuits and pure milk, as well as fast sugars).

Warning

These natural remedies are effective for non-bacterial tonsillitis, which do not require antibiotics, be careful!

Bacterial angina represents only 10% angina.

We are therefore talking about "small" angina, those that sting the throat and are painfully irritating, those for which the drugs are ultimately of little use, and pass in a few days with an effective placebo.
