4 Tips to Have Beautiful Hair.

With pollution, (too) frequent shampoos, colors and more barbarities that we inflict on our hair, no wonder they tend to shun shine.

I'm going to give you some natural tips to re-boost your hair fiber a little.

To begin with, we really apply ourselves when rinsing our hair so that it is completely rid of all shampoo residue.

How do we know?

You rub a lock of hair between your fingers:you should hear your lock squealing.

1. My rinsing gesture

To regain its natural shine, prepare a large glass of water in which a few drops of vinegar (the smell will disappear after rinsing) or lemon have been added, then pour the mixture obtained over all of the hair. Rinse with very cool water. Guaranteed effect for stronger hair and shine to make Justin Bieber green with envy!!!

I also found three preparations to accentuate the natural highlights of your hair.

2. My preparation for light hair

If you are blonde or brown and want to give your hair pretty golden highlights, prepare an infusion of chamomile tea.

In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water to put 8 sachets of chamomile to infuse, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Once the mixture has cooled, it is used after the shampoo and left to rest for 10 minutes. Of course, we carefully rinse our dream hair!

3. Brunettes don't count for plums!

If you are brunette and want to revive and give nice highlights to your hair.

I have a little tea-based lotion for you which you will tell me about. Black tea is best, but Ceylon and Darjeeling also work. For 1 liter of boiling water, infuse 60g of tea (loose) for a good 12 minutes. The tea must be really bitter, limit undrinkable! Then, we proceed in the same way as for the chamomile-based treatment.

4. Want auburn highlights? I have that too...

If you are brunette, brown or red and want gorgeous auburn highlights.

Prepare an infusion of walnut leaves. For two cups of boiling water, infuse 60 grams of walnut leaves. Allow the mixture to cool, then strain it. To be used as the previous ones after the shampoo, without forgetting to rinse well .

A little patience to save

The thing is, your hair won't suddenly turn blonde, or take on Cleopatra highlights. It takes a little patience and repeating the process for several weeks in a row. But it really works, it's 100% natural and much less expensive and aggressive than a scan at the hairdresser. Regularly, I use black tea to revive my brown hair and I am very satisfied.

Last advice though: Chamomile tends to dry out hair. If your hair type wants it to be a little dry already, I advise you to alternate the lotion with a repair mask for dry hair. Go, to your pans, to impress...
