1. Choose an Activity to Decompress

To relax and regain energy, nothing like exercising an activity which you particularly like.

Oh ! don't worry, I'm not necessarily talking about playing sports but rather about listening to music , to read a book or take a nice hot bath without worrying about the weather.

In summary, treat yourself, it's the best way to regain morale and feel soothed.

2. Building a Project for the Future

You have a lot of things to do and you can't see the end of it? Stop everything for a few hours and take the time to plan a pleasant event such as a night out with friends, a trip to the cinema or even a vacation!

I use this method very often to avoid getting depressed , there's nothing like it to find courage!

3. Only Do One Thing At A Time

There is nothing more stressful than having to do several things at the same time! As I often say, everything in its time.

When you start a task, put your full attention on it and don't think about what is waiting for you behind it. And don't forget that it is important to finish well something we started.

4. Well Sing Now!

The vocal cords are muscles that influence our degree of nervous and emotional tension.

To feel better, you have to make them work a little while singing in the shower or in your living room, in pajamas or heels, it doesn't matter!
