3. Cabbage poultice

It is therefore better to favor cabbage poultices, which have the same virtues as clay:it sucks up waste and helps to fill in the gaps to regenerate the skin.

Very green and fresh savoy cabbage leaves are the most effective.

- I wash the leaves and remove the larger veins.

- I then dip them in a bowl of hot water to soften them.

- I then take my rolling pin and roll it over the leaves to break up the cells.

- When their juice pearls on the surface, I place them directly on the area to be treated, overlapping them.

- I then cover with a strip and keep my poultice on all night or renew it approximately every hour during the day.

4. A suitable diet

A balanced diet is of course necessary to avoid too rapid weight gain and to balance the hormonal system.

Choose vegetables and fruits, especially spinach and almonds.

Wheat germ must also have its place in your kitchen.

It is a perfect food supplement for tissue hydration.

Olive oil will also be your ally in salads.
