Today we offer you a short 35-minute "thighs-abs-glutes" session.

This workout should be repeated twice a week and each activity is to be carried out in 3 series of 15 movements. Here we go!

1. Strengthen your thighs

You stand up with your hands on your hips. Then you place your left leg backwards, while bending your legs. Then return to your starting position and perform the same movement, but this time with the right leg.

2. We want a flat stomach

Lie on your back making sure that your legs form a 45° angle with the floor. Then place your hands behind your head, and approach your right elbow to your left knee, then your left elbow to your right knee.

Second exercise, for a flat stomach:still lying on your back, bend your legs at 90°. Then put your hands around your head, then raise your upper body. And keep your feet bent otherwise the exercise will not be effective!

3. Have shapely buttocks

To muscle your buttocks, Get on all fours with your back straight and place your forearms on the floor. Then take support on one knee and raise the other leg by bending it. During training, be careful to keep your back straight. And to be sure to do the movement correctly, do like me:ask a friend to coach you during exercise.
