- 3 tablespoons of 70% alcohol

- 5 drops of lemongrass essential oil

- 3 drops of lemon eucalyptus essential oil

- 1 vaporizer spray of 100 ml

- previously boiled and cooled water

How to

1. Open the vaporizer spray.

2. Pour in alcohol 70%.

3. Add the essential oils.

4. Fill the rest of the spray with the boiled and cooled water.

5. Spray this spray on the skin:arms, legs and neck in particular.
