My opinion on this DIY tiger balm

Here is My Easy Recipe To Make Your Own Tiger Balm.

This homemade tiger balm does not have the white or red color of commercial tiger balms.

But given its composition, it is just as effective as a real tiger balm.

There is still a downside to this organic tiger balm recipe.

You don't feel the cold and warming effect of traditional tiger balm.

To achieve this effect, you can add 4 g of mint crystals to the mixture.

This should allow for the hot/cold effect.

In any case, I prefer this grandmother's recipe to Aroma-Zone's.

Why is it effective?

But beware ! I really insist on this point.

Essential oils are highly concentrated and effective natural products.

But improper use of essential oils can be dangerous to health.

In general, the use of essential oils is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Likewise, the use of essential oils is not recommended for babies and children under 10 years old.

Always consult a specialist, pharmacist or doctor before using essential oils.
