What you need

- 1 tablespoon sage leaf

- 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers

- 1 teaspoon of rosemary leaves

- ½ teaspoon of thyme leaves

- ½ teaspoon of peppercorns

- 500 ml cider vinegar

- 1 liter jar

- saucepan with lid

- parchment paper

How to

1. Put all the herbs in the pan.

2. Pour the apple cider vinegar into the pan.

3. Heat gently without boiling.

4. Place a piece of parchment paper under the lid to prevent the vinegar from touching the metal, and put the lid on top.

5. Let the mixture sit in the closed pot for four weeks.

6. Filter the mixture with a colander.

7. Put in a clean glass jar.

8. Store in a cool, dark place.
