What you need

- 3 drops of mint essential oil

- 3 drops of lemon essential oil

- 3 drops of grapefruit essential oil

- dispersant for essential oil for internal use

How to

1. Put 36 drops of dispersant in a glass.

2. Add 3 drops of each essential oil, i.e. 9 drops in all for a 75 kg adult (see below to adapt the dosage according to your weight).

3. Pour water into the glass.

4. Drink this remedy 1 time a day in the morning or in the evening.

- This weight loss treatment is for adults only.

- The duration of this treatment is 3 to 7 days maximum. Beyond that, it is imperative to take advice from a doctor or specialist.

- Essential oils must be diluted in a carrier before being taken orally. An essential oil can be used in water. But it must first be mixed with a dispersant:1 drop of essential oil for 4 drops of dispersant.

- Attention, it is recommended not to ingest too much essential oil per day. In order not to exceed the recommended dose, know that a drop of essential oil is 40 mg. An adult can absorb 5 mg of essential oil per kilo over 24 hours. Thus, a 75 kg adult can take 9 drops every 24 hours.
