Why did I create this challenge to take care of yourself?

After a difficult pregnancy and childbirth, I decided it was time to focus a little on my well-being.

I had to pamper myself and take care of myself to remain a balanced woman and be the best mother possible.

That's why I wanted to create this challenge to take care of myself.

And I decided to adapt it to anyone who wants to focus on their well-being for a full month.

All you need is the comfort of your home.

The challenge:30 days to take care of yourself

Take the Challenge:30 Days to Take Care of Yourself.

This daily challenge is divided into 3 categories to take care of yourself.

Throughout the challenge, there is a balanced rotation between these 3 themes:mind, body and soul.

In the 'mind' category, we focus on your practical mental abilities.

While the challenges in the "soul" category are more oriented towards a spiritual search.

The days dedicated to the "body" will focus on your physical well-being .

Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

Create a new morning routine.
