1. To prepare for childbirth

Take 1 sugar. Pour 1 drop of clary sage essential oil on it. Take it 2 times a day.

This remedy is to be taken only the day before of the presumed date of your delivery, D-Day.

Or, when the term of your pregnancy is exceeded so as not to give birth earlier than the expected date.

2. To relieve pain on D-Day

A few days before the expected date of the baby's birth, take a small glass bottle.

Mix in 10 drops of clary sage essential oil, 10 drops of palmarosa essential oil, 6 drops of geranium essential oil. Add 8 teaspoons of sweet almond oil. Mix well.

Are the contractions becoming painful? Ask the future dad or your midwife to massage your lower back, using gentle gestures.

Prioritize the areas where the pain is intense whether it is the stomach, the sacrum or the kidneys.

It is an excellent natural remedy to relieve pain... Especially if you have pain in the coccyx area.

Why does it work?

Clary sage essential oil is a recognized antispasmodic. It is also an effective natural stress reliever.

This essential oil has the reputation of soothing pain, but also of triggering childbirth.

It allows you to relax during labor, to accelerate and relieve the pain of contractions.

This essential oil promotes the onset of childbirth. It helps to open the cervix and therefore to give birth faster.

It is not recommended throughout your pregnancy , except the last day.

In any case, remember to always seek the advice of your doctor.
