How to

The easiest way is to practice it, as I did, on a friend who will in turn benefit you, by following the following instructions.

1. Start with the face. Smooth the forehead with the thumbs going outwards.

2. Make circular massages with the fingers, from the top of the jaw to the chin.

3. Then massage with your fingertips the underside of the cheekbones towards the temples, gradually descending.

4. Apply pressure with your fingertips to the upper bone of the eye sockets, starting at the root of the nose. Finally do the same on the lower edge of the eye sockets.

5. Finally, massage the ear pavilion with the fingertips starting with the lobe and exerting light pinches.

6. Continue with the skull. Take your friend's head in your hands from below, lifting it slightly.

7. Massage the whole scalp with your fingertips.

8. Insist on the back of the neck with slower and more supported movements.

9. Finish by lightly pulling the hair.

Result

There you go, you are now relaxed and your headache is gone :-)
