1. Ventilate… but in the morning!

Pollens love to spread through the air at the end of the day. It is therefore better to air your interior in the morning to prevent them from entering your home.

2. Avoid gardening

The lawn will wait and the walks in the countryside too. I know, it's a big sacrifice. But imagine that when you walk in the fields, the pollens are only waiting for one thing:to target you.

Give up gardening:mowing the lawn is the worst idea you can have if you are susceptible to hay fever. Let the grass grow for a few weeks. You'll mow it later.

Are you a city dweller? Do not rejoice too quickly… In town too, pollen threatens you. Avoid going out to parks and wooded areas for a while.

3. Avoid pollutants

Precisely... just as much as pollens, pollutants are your number one enemies. Pollutants will amplify the allergenic effects pollen. Avoid polluted or smoky atmospheres and fumes from paint or lacquer as much as possible.

4. Protect your nose

No ! it's not about wearing a mask when you go out (although...). On the other hand, do not forget to place a mini-hazelnut of Homéoplasmine-type cream in your nostrils. This homeopathic balm will form a natural filter against pollen.

I learned that dairy products promote the production of mucus that clogs the immune system, which promotes allergies. It is worth limiting their consumption or even avoiding them completely for a while.

8. Use essential oils

Take a teaspoon of honey. Add a drop of tarragon essential oil and a drop of lavender essential oil. Swallow this mixture.

Use this remedy 3 times a day for a week. This essential oil blend is super effective in clearing hay fever symptoms.

9. Massage your temples

Mix 1 drop of tarragon essential oil and 1 drop of lavender essential oil. Massage your nose and temples with this mixture, as long as the symptoms of hay fever persist.

10. Change your clothes

When you come home after spending time outdoors, take off your clothes so you don't bring pollen back into your house. You can also rinse your hair:pollen may have settled on it.
